To get Client Connect set up for your firm, contact your dedicated Client Success contact. Your Client Success consultant will discuss how you can use Client Connect to achieve your marketing goals and objectives and help determine the design and content categories for your firm’s digest.
Next, the Passle team will work with your team to implement your plans and designs and bring your Client Connect digests to life as well as help you determine the best strategies to launch Client Connect to the experts in your firm as well as your clients and future clients.
- Channels & Tags
Your audience will have the ability to subscribe to your insights, particular topics and authors. These options are completely customisable and determined by your marketing team.
Your team will decide which authors, topics and pages you would like your audience to have the ability to subscribe to.
A banner will appear above your subscription forms as well as the digest emails that your audience will receive. This is set up by providing Passle with a PNG image of your desired design with a width of 1024 px.
You are also able to provide us with the HTML code that you would like to have included in the footer of the digest emails that your audience receive.
You are able to decide where and when you would like the “subscribe” button to appear. Passle provides you with the option to have this appear on your insights page, across any of your channel pages & on your author profiles. You are also able to embed subscribe links within your website.
You have the option to offer daily, weekly and monthly subscription options to your audience.
During the planning process, you specify the day of the month, day of the week as well as the time of day your digest will be sent.
All digests are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org however, you can choose a preferred sender name as well as the email address your digests will be sent from. This is dependant on setting up MX records to link your email domain with our tool and is an optional feature which requires a slightly more complex setup which our team can guide you through.
