The Passle team will guide you and your team through a successful wider rollout using best practice from all of our experience and by providing your firm with a framework to ensure your wider rollout is a great success.
The Passle Wider Rollout Process is divided into two distinct functions:
- Tailor Delivery -First, we work with your key stakeholders to set the strategy for long-term success.
- Drive Adoption - we have a robust, frictionless process to onboard new teams and users to Passle which can be repeated at scale.
- Business alignment
As with any powerful platform, it is important to define how Passle will support your firm’s wider objectives. We will work with your key stakeholders to shape your strategy and ensure we are working towards the same business objectives as you. You will then define who will be using Passle and how the platform will be adopted to drive success for your firm.
There are common factors that determine success for a firmwide deployment of Passle. These are:
Senior Leadership - A senior leader gives a wider rollout legitimacy and the authority to move forward. This helps to ensure maximum adoption.
Marketing Empowerment - We will work closely with your marketing team to deliver best practice and show you how to leverage Passle for your planned campaigns & activities.
Commercial Focus - It is critical that business development is involved. A senior champion in BD, alongside integration into the sales plan keeps Passle focused on your commercial goals.
- Agree measurable KPI's
Every firm has a different measurement for success. To align with your wider go-to-market strategy we recommend having a list of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both short and long term.
These agreed, measurable KPIs can be shared with users. They enable the Passle Client Success team to focus efforts on your goals and ensure our efforts are aligned with your strategy.
- Technical delivery
As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, Passle does the majority of heavy lifting during the setup and implementation. During technical delivery, the Passle Client Success Team will work with you to complete a few easy and optional tasks to drive maximum value from the wider rollout.
- Professional Accreditation
Building the capability of your firm to support Passle & drive success in the wider firm is an important step to success. Delivering change throughout an organisation does not happen overnight. Passle runs a program training and certifying your people to drive the process and in turn train your experts.
Planning the wider team rollout
The Passle Client Success Team review your existing processes, strategies and goals. This will include the experts and owners involved, how new users and teams are onboarded and how the owners will train these users.
Executing the rollout
The Passle Client Success team will work on executing the agreed rollout process for new teams and users that is tailored to your firm. This ensures a simple, robust process that can be delivered successfully at scale across your firm.
- Results & feedback
Assessing the results
Part of the Passle process is continually assessing performance and improving. We will deliver feedback to your key stakeholders. This will include an update on activity against KPIs, overview of the platform’s new functionality and communication of success stories.
Adapting the process
Passle is always improving. As the platform evolves and the Passle Client Success Team develops our process we keep you up to date.Alongside regular feedback sessions, an annual offsite review with the Passle team will consider:
- Key Performance Indicators Progress made and whether these need to be adapted and aligned to new priorities.
- Best Practice
- New Functionalityis always being added to Passle all the time. The Client Success Team keeps you up to speed and works these new developments into your plan
- Replicate and scale up
Now that your firm is in a position to best leverage the Passle platform, the Passle Client Success team will continue to support your existing users through updates on the latest functionality and sharing key successes.
This process works best when rolled out account by account or team by team, using the success and momentum gained by one team to drive enthusiasm in the next.
