Using Single Sign On (SSO)

Single Sign On (SSO) allows you to quickly access the Passle dashboard if you are already logged into your company's authentication server.

This is handled by your IT team, and allows internal verification by sending an authentication token when you attempt to log into Passle. This is verified against your company credentials and if its a match, seamlessly allows you to access your Passle dashboard.

This means any employee signed into their company service will automatically be directed to their Passle without repeating password input.

If you would like to get started with SSO setup, view our technical guidelines here.

  • After the set up between your company and Passle has been completed and set live, you will still see the log in screen.

This will take you to a screen, enabling you to log in with just your company email.

  • SSO is designed so you will only need to remember your company credentials. If your Passle has been set up to still allow email/password login, you can request a password as usual. Otherwise you will need to contact your IT administrator to reset your SSO login (should you forget it).

  • As long as a user has been registered with their SSO provider, they can still receive a registration link to their Passle, which will then log them in directly to their Passle dashboard.

  • If SSO is the only login option enabled, then Passle passwords will no longer be viable as a login method. If email/password login is still enabled, then you can still login to Passle manually (with your email address and password) if you prefer.
