CrossPitch Search is an AI service from Passle that enables you to intelligently search both your internal network of colleagues, and the entire Passle network -  making cross-selling easier than ever.

  • Located on the left-hand menu of your dashboard when you log in, click on CrossPitch Search to access the search functionality. CrossPitch Search can also be accessed via links from the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, or via a direct link provided by your company.

  • You can Find colleagues using natural language search. This allows you to search a wider range of terms, including legal professions, services, and specialities, instead of just known names and old keywords.

  • Try out various searches to see how you can utilise it to enhance your search results, with matches sorted by relevance to your own profile summary. For example:
    • My client is creating a patent
    • Litigation in air quality
    • Family disputes
    • Californian lawyer working in property and development

  • The natural language search function is available on Passle, and also on your company website (if CrossPitch Search is enabled) - although these search results will not be ordered based on relevancy matched to your own profile.

  • Within Passle, you can also search externally across our entire Passle network, to search a wider net of individuals. Read more on the difference between the two search options.

  • CrossPitch also includes a Follow feature that allows you to follow other authors in your company (or across the network), automatically subscribing you to all their published insights going forward. Using this feature, you can receive the relevant thought leadership that interests you, and create a wide network of individuals that helps you with your cross-selling needs.
