To get the most out of your Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, use filters to create different views based on Practice area, Sector, and Office locations.

  1. To get started, click Filters to open the Apply filters panel.

  2. From here, you can select the data you're interested in viewing. For example, you could select Interacted with and 'London' (under Office locations) to view all post notification interactions within the capital.
  3. Refine further by adjusting the time period using the Reporting period filter located on the top panel.
  4. The Group by setting changes the map's primary lens. For example, grouping by Office locations will visualise connections between different global networks.

As you apply these changes, the map visualisation will update in real-time to reflect your filters.

For example, here's a map showing interactions over the last 90 days grouped by Office locations to visualise how Chicago-based employees are connecting with peers globally.

Saved views

If you frequently use the same set of filters, you can save your current view, and return to it at any time. Saved views retain all filters and selections for quick and easy access.

  1. Select your desired filters as outlined above to create a visualisation to your preference.
  2. Click Save view at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Name your view  and click Save view again.

  4. You will now be able to locate this within your saved views library. To apply a view, click Saved views.
  5. Then select the Load view button next to the name of your chosen view. The intelligence map will be displayed with the pre-chosen filters. You can also delete a saved view by selecting the Delete button.
