A summary of smaller updates, enhancements, and fixes deployed throughout July 2026.

CrossPitch Profiles: no more limit on interests, education, and company fields
Previously, user profiles in CrossPitch could only hold up to 12 entries each in the Key Interests, Hobbies, Education, and Key Companies fields. This limit has now been removed, so profiles can include as many entries as needed in each of these areas.
Image search: failed searches no longer cause lingering broken results
Fixed an issue where a failed image search could be cached for up to 24 hours, causing broken or missing images to keep appearing even after the underlying problem was resolved. Failed searches are no longer cached, so simply retrying will now return valid results straight away.
Passle Activity: broken icon fixed
A minor UI fix to the broken table icon that was appearing on the Passle Activity page.

Follow summary emails for CrossPitch Follow
BDs managing a user's follows can now send them a "follow summary" email directly from the Follow Manager. The email shows the colleagues they're following (and, if they have any, who's following them), along with quick links to search for more colleagues or explore their network map. The Follow Manager also now shows when a summary was last sent to each user.
Account locked email notifications
If a user's account is locked after several unsuccessful login attempts, they'll now receive an email explaining why and how to reset their password, rather than just seeing a message on screen.
SCIM sync fix
Fixed an issue where updating a user's external ID during SSO/SCIM provisioning (e.g. via Microsoft Entra) could show up as a failed sync in your identity provider's dashboard. This is now handled correctly and no longer generates errors.

External Content Importer post title fixes
Fixed an issue with the External Content Importer where imported post titles weren't coming through correctly. In some cases the firm name was being wrongly added to the title, and in others the original title wasn't being pulled in at all. Titles now import as expected, only including the firm name when it's genuinely part of it.
Easier access to CrossPitch feedback
Added a direct link to CrossPitch feedback from Team Activity and Manage Passle > Live posts, so you can view feedback on a post without navigating through its CrossPitch AI summary first.
