MS Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is a cloud-based service that can be used to simplify the management of user identities and access across your organisation.
Implementing a Passle integration with Entra ID automatic user provisioning will allow your company to automatically create, update and remove users, managing these user details centrally in your Entra ID directory.
The integration is handled by two teams:
- By your IT / Entra ID team who have access to the Entra ID Enterprise Application for Passle.
- By a company Passle Administrator who has access to the Manage Entra ID page on the Passle platform. This is where the URL & secret token can be accessed, and the user configuration set.
You can currently manage the following settings in Passle using the Entra ID integration:
- Adding and deleting users
- Creating /updating a user's email address
- Creating/updating a user's first name, surname
- Create/updating a user's job title (this is optional)
