How to use CrossPitch Send with external posts

You can publish external posts using CrossPitch in the same way as other Passle posts. Read our article on how to create External posts on Passle.

  • After you click ‘Publish’ to your External Post, it will be ready to share and the post will automatically be sent to highly relevant members of your network.
     

  • You are able to review who has received a notification from the first instance of automatic sends by clicking Review list & summary. Here, you'll also be able to send out further rounds of notifications by adjusting the sender list, as well as making any changes to the post summary if you wish.

  • After you click ‘Publish’ to your External Post, you will see the 'Edit post' dashboard where you can make adjustments before sending.
  • Click Review list & summary to amend summaries, and adjust who will be sent the post. Here, you'll also be able to send out further rounds of notifications by adjusting the sender list, as well as making any changes to the post summary if you wish.

  • Once you are happy, click Send to recipients to send your External post to relevant members of your network.

    

  •  You can also click Schedule to CrossPitch now in order to select a time when notification emails will be sent out.
