Custom “From” sender addresses Passle emails can be sent from a custom email address on your own domain.
Using a Custom “From” Address for CrossPitch AI Emails
Using a Custom “From” Email Address for Client Connect Digest emails
Emails featuring a custom email sender address, can sometimes become quarantined or blocked from landing in your internal inboxes, due to email security tools or services, which need to be notified that emails are legitimately being sent on your organisation’s behalf.
The good news is, this does not impact the delivery of emails to your clients/prospective clients.
Only CrossPitch or Digest email recipients, within your organisation are affected.
What happened to the email?
Some email security tools have protective policies, which are trigged by certain email configurations. For example when the email are sent on your organisation’s behalf and the sender's address, appears to originate within your organisation however the sender's IP address does not match your own domain.
Next steps
