If your organisation has CrossPitch Notification emails set to be sent manually, you can adjust the summary and review who will receive the notification before sending it.
If CrossPitch Notification emails are set for automatic sends, you are still able to see who has received a notification, and you'll also be able to send out further rounds of notifications by adjusting the sender list, as well as making any changes to the post summary if you wish.

To start, click Review list & summary to make amendments.

You will be able to see the number of people CrossPitch has matched the post to based on the threshold level set. If you have the Follow feature enabled, this also highlights the breakdown of author followers.
The threshold is set by the company Passle administrator(s) and cannot be changed post-to-post to allow for consistency. To alter the threshold please discuss with your administrator(s) or get in touch with support@passle.ai.

Scrolling down to the table will display an entire list of users, with those matched for a notification email at the top.

You can make adjustments and exclude any people you do not want to send the notification to by unchecking the box next to their name.
You will not be able to uncheck any followers. They will receive all notifications from any author they are following.

You can also include more people who you think may be interested in the article, by checking the box next to their name. Click Jump to threshold for easy access to reveal those who fall below the threshold and have not been identified to receive a notification.

To find out why CrossPitch has decided to match a user as relevant to the post, click More to reveal a Relevance summary. The View icon next to it will display an email preview for each individual user, including the post summary, and a summary explanation of why they are receiving the post.

To adjust the post summary, click Manage summary. The text box is editable and you can make any changes as needed.
- Click Save summary to save these changes.
- Once you are happy with the list and the summary, you can click Send to recipients to send out your CrossPitch notification emails.
