AI Helper is an AI-powered writing tool built into the post editor. It helps you rewrite, expand, tighten, or conclude your content without leaving the page you're writing on. Every suggestion comes through as a tracked change, so you can review it the same way you'd review any other edit.

The four actions
Click the AI Helper button in the CKEditor toolbar to open a dropdown with four options described below. Rewrite, Expand and Tighten will need highlighted text to work, whilst Conclude looks at your whole post to add a meaningful concluding paragraph.
- Rewrite - rephrases your selected text in the same voice, at a similar length.
- Expand - develops your selected text with a sentence or two, staying on topic.
- Tighten - shortens your selected text, cutting redundancy and filler.
- Conclude - writes a closing paragraph based on your whole post. No selection needed.
Reviewing a suggestion
AI Helper insertions are attributed to "Passle AI – [Action]" (for example, "Passle AI – Rewrite") rather than to you, and appear in purple so they're easy to tell apart from your own tracked edits. Click any AI suggestion to open the usual tracked-changes bubble, showing the action, a timestamp, and the change itself. From here you can Accept it, or Discard it to restore your original text.

AI suggestions are also included when you use Accept all or Discard all from the main tracked-changes menu.
Approvals tab
AI Helper suggestions count toward the post's unresolved suggestions total. A note also appears in the approvals tab to highlight that Passle AI was used whilst editing the post.
This note stays visible even if the AI suggestion is later accepted, and is only removed if all AI suggestions on the post are discarded.
