WHAT'S NEW

An overview of our new features and key enhancements in this release.

CrossPitch: Network Search

We’re introducing CrossPitch Network Search, extending CrossPitch Search beyond a single firm.

Users can now search for colleagues across multiple firms within a network, making it easier to find the right people across partner organisations, not just within their own firm.

CrossPitch Network Search supports different types of firm relationships, including:

  • Formal networks
  • Associated firms that share a brand
  • Informal “best friend” networks

Users can search both within their own firm and across associated firms in a single experience.

CrossPitch: Adding followers to the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map

We’re enhancing the Intelligence Map to include a follower connections view alongside an email interactions view, giving you a more complete understanding of colleague connections. New filters will allow users to easily switch between views of different email and follow interactions.

What do I need to do? If your firm has the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map and follows enabled, follower connections will appear automatically.

CrossPitch: Microsoft Teams chat link

You can now start a Microsoft Teams chat link directly from CrossPitch.

A new MS Teams icon will appear (if this feature is enabled) on CrossPitch Search results, the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, and in CrossPitch notification emails, making it quick and easy to connect with colleagues.

What do I need to do? If you are a CrossPitch client and using Microsoft Teams internally, please get in touch with your Client Success team contact to enable this feature.

Bulk tag management

We’ve made managing tags across your Passle more efficient, with new bulk actions that allow you to update multiple posts at once.

You can now:

  • Add tags to multiple posts in bulk from Manage Posts
  • Delete tags (including in bulk) from Tag Mapping, with improved filtering to help identify unused tags

These updates make it quicker and easier to keep your tagging consistent and up to date.

What do I need to do? These features are available now in the Client Admin dashboard.

ADDITIONAL CROSSPITCH UPDATES

A summary of additional CrossPitch enhancements and minor updates in this release.

Increased CrossPitch Search results

We've increased the number of results shown in CrossPitch Search from 12 to up to 48, giving you more results and making it easier to find what you need without refining your search.

We've also made styling tweaks to search result tiles for improved visual consistency and readability.

Cross-Selling Intelligence Map: Map key

A new information panel has been added to the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, providing a key of the main map components and a link to the relevant Knowledge Base article: Key components of the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map

CrossPitch Search & Map on mobile

We've improved the CrossPitch Search experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop. On mobile, the interface has been simplified with a cleaner search bar and filters.

Links to the map have been removed on smaller screens, as it is not available on mobile.

CrossPitch Follow notifications updates

We’ve enhanced the notification settings within user profiles to include follow activity. Users are now informed that notifications are based on both relevance and the colleagues they follow, with a new setting to control email notifications when they gain a new follower.

Clicking Follow from the 'New follower' email will now automatically follow back and suggest other people to follow, aligning with CrossPitch post notification behaviour.

Improved CrossPitch post feedback

We’ve updated the CrossPitch post feedback view to focus on meaningful engagement, introducing an Interactions view that captures key actions taken on a post.

This shifts the emphasis from opens to interactions, bringing post feedback more in line with the Intelligence Map. The CSV export has also been updated to reflect these changes.

OTHER CHANGES

An overview of other enhancements and any minor tweaks to our existing features in this release.

Enterprise Standfirst heading option

For Enterprise clients, we're introducing a new optional Standfirst feature. When enabled, a new Standfirst style is available in the headings editor, allowing the opening text of a post to be highlighted and formatted differently.

What do I need to do? Contact our Enterprise team to enable this feature. Custom styling may require support from your web agency.

LinkedIn Quick Share AI summary

We’ve refined the AI-generated summary used in LinkedIn Quick Share to produce more professional, measured copy. This update ensures a more professional and balanced tone.

Statistics reporting period update

We’ve updated reporting so that posts published on the same day are now included across all reporting periods. Previously, these posts only appeared in All Time or custom date ranges.

Approval notifications for authors and co-authors

You can now choose to notify both authors and co-authors as a post moves through the approval process. This setting can be managed in Approval Settings, helping ensure all contributors stay informed.

Publish a newsletter page update

The 'Publish a newsletter' page has been refreshed with an updated design. No functional changes have been made to the newsletter feature itself.

WHAT WE'VE FIXED

A list of minor UI updates in this release.

CrossPitch

  • We've removed the 'Map' link from author bios in CrossPitch Search when the map is unavailable or has no data, preventing users from encountering error or permission messages unnecessarily.

Other fixes

  • Two issues have been fixed on the Roles & permissions page: saving changes to user roles now works correctly without error messages, and the 'Add permissions to user' section under Manage admin permissions now displays correctly.
  • Previously, when entering any CDT Advanced menu option (e.g. header), the back arrow did not return users to the Primary menu. This has now been fixed.
  • Fixed an issue where adding a paragraph in tracked changes did not open the unresolved sentence.
  • Fixed an issue where the bulleted lists were repeated in 'mention' email notifications.
