Competition Tool: CrossPitch integration
The Competition Tool now includes CrossPitch actions alongside your existing Thought Leadership Suite scoring rules, so firms can gamify CrossPitch adoption in the same way they already do posts, shares, and other content activity.
New scoreable events include: CrossPitch follows, searches, Intelligence Map interactions, and initiating Teams chats or emails from CrossPitch.
Rule visibility
How you see CrossPitch rules in the Manage Competitions page depends on your setup:
- CrossPitch-only clients: you'll see only CrossPitch rules automatically, no configuration needed.
- Thought leadership clients with CrossPitch enabled: a new 'Include CrossPitch rules' toggle appears in the Manage Competitions page.
- Clients without CrossPitch modules: no change; you continue to see standard rules only.
Competition tab reinstated for CrossPitch-only administrators
For CrossPitch-only clients, the 'Competition' tab was previously hidden as part of an earlier dashboard simplification. It has been reinstated for CrossPitch-only client administrators who have the 'Manage competitions' permission enabled.

A summary of additional CrossPitch enhancements and minor updates in this release.
CrossPitch Data: Dynamic category tabs
The Manage CrossPitch Data page has moved from three fixed tabs to a configurable set. Choose from the Passle-defined list (Locations, Practices and Services, Sectors and Industries, Specialisms, Key Companies) and add one custom category.
Any category can be renamed, with new labels flowing through to map filters, user engagement panels, the CrossPitch Follow summary email, and the Enhance your CrossPitch Profile section.

CrossPitch Intelligence Map: Team-level filtering
BDs and administrators can now view a whole team on the Intelligence Map via Manage CrossPitch Follows > Team overview. A new Team engagement panel opens on the right of the map showing team members and follow counts. Administrators also get a new 'By team' filter in the map filter sidebar.
CrossPitch Search on mobile
The CrossPitch Search page has been updated to display effectively on mobile browsers, in preparation for wider mobile app support.
OTHER CHANGES

Manage Media Permissions
The Manage Permissions area has had a refresh, giving administrators more granular control over which user roles can access which media types (Images, Videos, Audio, PDFs, and Embed) when creating posts. Getty Images and Embed media are now managed here too.
For each media type, per user role, you can set:
- Upload: allows uploading and selecting the media type
- Library only: allows selecting existing files but hides upload
- No permissions: hides the media type entirely
Getty Images and Embed media also have a company-level toggle, so administrators can turn each on or off across the whole firm, then fine-tune access per user role when enabled. Administrators always retain full access regardless of role settings.
The Manage Permissions area is available to all administrators under Company > Manage permissions > Media permissions. Any previous permissions set for your company will be kept.
Manage Users: Improved CSV upload error handling
CSV uploads no longer fail on a single invalid row. Row-level errors now surface in a preview table with per-row detail (e.g. Location 'UK' not found in Locations), and administrators can proceed with the valid rows or fix the CSV and re-upload. This applies to both bulk add and bulk update users.
